Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist with front desk operations, including answering phones, managing reservations, and check-in/check-out processes.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and lobby spaces.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Support housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure facilities meet high standards.
- Assist in restaurant or catering services as needed during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior experience required; we train our team members.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift light objects (up to 25 lbs).
