Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage the check-in/check-out process efficiently and accurately.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding services, amenities, and local recommendations.
- Assist with front desk operations, including managing reservations and maintaining accurate guest records.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared to the highest standards.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with precision and integrity.
- Maintain a professional and tidy appearance of the front desk area at all times.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with a smile and a problem-solving attitude.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with property management systems is a plus but not required.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
