Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures using hotel management software.
- Manage phone inquiries and route calls to the appropriate department efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
- Handle guest complaints or requests immediately and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure all amenities are functioning correctly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer literacy.
- Must be friendly, professional, and eager to learn.
