Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and warmly.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Perform nightly financial audits and balance the accounts.
- Ensure the security of the hotel property and the safety of all guests.
- Assist guests with any special requests or inquiries during your shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
