Responsibilities
- Guest Reception: Provide a warm, professional greeting to all guests and handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Reservations: Manage incoming calls and online bookings to ensure accurate room availability and rates.
- Lobby Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby area that reflects our high standards of hospitality.
- Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Security: Verify identity and process payments securely while adhering to hotel safety protocols.
- Upselling: Inform guests about our amenities and services to enhance their stay and boost revenue.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or a related customer service role is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) and computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Attitude: A friendly, positive, and professional demeanor with a strong focus on guest service.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
