Responsibilities

  • Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for their stay.
  • Check-In/Out: Efficiently manage the registration process, verify guest identities, process payments, and issue room keys using our Property Management System (PMS).
  • Inquiry Management: Handle guest inquiries regarding local attractions, restaurant recommendations, and transportation options with professionalism and local expertise.
  • Problem Resolution: Address guest complaints or special requests promptly, escalating complex issues to management to ensure total guest satisfaction.
  • Housekeeping Coordination: Communicate maintenance needs and special requests to the housekeeping and engineering teams to ensure rooms are prepared to our exacting standards.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate guest logs, prepare daily reports, and assist with inventory management of lobby supplies.

Qualifications
