Responsibilities
- Supervise daily hotel operations during assigned shifts, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.
- Manage front desk activities, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Perform regular inspections of common areas and guest rooms to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
- Train and mentor entry-level staff on proper hospitality protocols and service excellence.
- Monitor inventory levels for lobby amenities and report shortages to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Hospitality is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light furniture or supplies (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel management software is preferred.
- No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
