Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby areas, and public spaces.
- Assist guests with local directions, recommendations, and special requests.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and reconcile daily financial reports.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and quality standards.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues immediately, escalating to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic property management systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as required.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
