Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, valet, or concierge stations
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with attention to detail
- Assist with guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- No experience required - we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including nights/weekends)
- Basic computer literacy
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid work authorization
