Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, concierge, and housekeeping stations
- Process check-ins/checkouts efficiently using hotel management systems Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Assist with event setup and meeting room preparation
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, POS systems)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Customer service experience preferred
- Valid Oregon driver's license (if driving required)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs repeatedly
- Must pass background check and drug screening
