Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out and throughout the guest journey
- Maintain clean and inviting public areas, lobbies, and guest rooms
- Assist with basic concierge services including local recommendations and directions
- Operate hotel systems (PMS, POS) with thorough training provided
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and brand standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required – we train all team members
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy (training provided)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation to work location
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
