Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome Guests: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and guests upon arrival.
- Front Desk Support: Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, answer phone calls, and manage guest inquiries efficiently.
- Housekeeping Assistance: Maintain cleanliness in common areas, lobbies, and restrooms to ensure a pristine environment.
- Guest Services: Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Stocking and Maintenance: Monitor and replenish lobby supplies, coffee bar items, and amenity kits as needed.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns or minor issues promptly and escalate complex matters to the management team.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and management staff to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience: No prior experience is required. We provide on-the-job training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computers and POS systems is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight (up to 20 lbs).
- Language: Proficiency in English is required; bilingual skills are a significant advantage.
