Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through front desk operations
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and room assignments
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions
- Uphold brand standards and cleanliness protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
