Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor hotel security systems and implement safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and emergencies with professionalism and composure.
- Manage cash handling and reconciliation for the shift.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, public areas, and administrative offices.
- Coordinate with day staff to ensure a smooth handover of information and tasks.
- Assist in training and supervising night shift staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hotel front office or night audit operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is a plus.
- Flexibility and a proactive attitude toward guest service.
