Responsibilities
- Housekeeping: Maintain clean and comfortable guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

- Guest Relations: Address guest requests and complaints promptly, ensuring a memorable stay for every visitor.
- Shift Management: Adhere to shift schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure 24/7 hotel operations.
- Maintenance Support: Report maintenance issues within guest rooms or common areas to the engineering department.
- Security: Monitor the lobby and property to ensure the safety and security of all guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hotel management, housekeeping, or customer service is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available for shift work, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professionalism: A polished appearance and professional attitude are essential.
