Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through front desk operations, check-ins/check-outs, and concierge services
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas with rigorous housekeeping standards
- Process reservations and manage booking systems with precision
- Coordinate with maintenance and culinary teams to resolve guest requests promptly
- Uphold safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless daily operations
- Support event setup and guest functions as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality certification a plus)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic computer proficiency and reservation system knowledge
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a guest-first mindset
- Physical stamina for standing/walking extended periods
- Valid driver's license (for airport shuttle duties if applicable)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
