Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out desks and throughout the lobby
- Manage reservations and room assignments using our proprietary software system
- Assist with guest inquiries, requests, and issue resolution
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet departments
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Perform daily inspections of public areas to ensure cleanliness and standards
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required – we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient with basic computer technology and point-of-sale systems
- Valid Louisiana driver's license (for valet roles)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
