Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using hotel software systems
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and payment processing with precision
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all guest interactions
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and service excellence
- Collaborate with security team to ensure guest safety and property security
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or front desk experience
- Proficiency with PMS systems (e.g., Opera, SiteMinder) and MS Office
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in high-pressure situations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic first aid/CPR certification a plus
