Responsibilities
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations for 40+ guest rooms and public areas
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on brand standards and safety protocols
- Conduct quality inspections to exceed AAA/Diamond ratings
- Manage inventory control for linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies
- Coordinate with maintenance team for room readiness and service recovery
- Implement sustainable cleaning practices to reduce environmental impact
- Resolve guest concerns with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel housekeeping experience with supervisory role
- Knowledge of OSHA sanitation and safety standards
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., OPERA)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid North Carolina driver's license preferred
- Fluent English; Spanish language skills a plus
