Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, check-in/check-out processes
- Maintain immaculate guest rooms and common areas (housekeeping)
- Assist with event setup and guest inquiries (banquet/conference)
- Operate reservation systems and manage booking inquiries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Valid driver's license (if transporting supplies)
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly
