Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 guest assistance at front desk and concierge stations
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with precision and efficiency
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation systems
- Monitor hotel premises for safety and security compliance
- Assist with emergency protocols and incident reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Proficient in PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Valid Florida driver's license (for airport runs)
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency a plus
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
