Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at front desk, concierge, or housekeeping stations
- Process check-ins/check-outs using hotel management systems
- Assist with guest inquiries, requests, and problem resolution
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest areas and facilities
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Support event setup and guest functions as needed
- Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols
- Complete training modules for operational excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
