- Maintain pristine room standards and common areas
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and brand standards
- Assist with event setup and guest transportation needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years hospitality experience (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn systems
- Valid driver's license preferred for valet roles
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
