Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at the front desk, including check-in/check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Assist with room reservations, modifications, and special requests
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain operational standards
- Process payments and manage cash drawer accurately
- Participate in daily briefings and team meetings
- Uphold brand standards and cleanliness protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome to apply)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn PMS systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
