Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service including check-in/out, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and room status management
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary
- Operate property management systems and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with valet, concierge, and dining teams for seamless guest experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and workspaces
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
