Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in, check-out, and throughout guest stays
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure flawless room readiness
- Handle guest inquiries about amenities, local attractions, and transportation
- Process payments and maintain financial transaction records
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness, safety, and service excellence
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams during peak operations and events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with reservation systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Texas driver's license (for shuttle driving duties)
