Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at the front desk including check-in/out, reservations, and inquiries
- Perform housekeeping duties to maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas
- Operate hotel management systems and POS technology
- Assist with event setup and banquet services
- Collaborate with cross-department teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols per CDC guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not mandatory
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn hotel systems quickly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for shuttle operations)
