Responsibilities
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to strict company standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish amenities for every guest.
- Empty trash bins, dust furniture, and vacuum carpets in assigned areas.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and team members.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the management team immediately.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations regarding chemical handling and cleaning protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
