Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Replace linens, amenities, and supplies according to brand standards
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management
- Deep clean high-traffic zones during low-occupancy periods
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and restock carts
- Adhere to all OSHA and hotel sanitation protocols
- Maintain detailed room status logs and inspection reports
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid US work authorization required
- Basic English communication skills
- Flexible availability including early mornings
