Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at the front desk, check-in/out, and concierge stations
- Maintain pristine hotel spaces including lobbies, lounges, and guest corridors
- Process reservations, payments, and guest requests with precision
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Execute safety protocols and emergency procedures as trained
- Support hotel events and VIP guest arrangements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality certification a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
