Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring a warm welcome for every guest.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently and with a smile.
- Support the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Process payments and handle guest complaints or requests with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the culinary and event teams to enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (experience is a plus, but not required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
