Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Front Desk Support: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage inquiries regarding hotel services and local attractions.
- Facility Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby, hallways, and public areas.
- Housekeeping Coordination: Support the housekeeping team by reporting maintenance issues and ensuring rooms meet our high standards of comfort.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Attitude: A positive, friendly, and professional demeanor with a strong desire to serve others.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
