Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and concierge operations
- Maintain pristine guest room standards and public area cleanliness
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently using hotel management systems
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve service issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments for seamless operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and brand service standards
- Support event setup and special function execution
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome to apply)
- Zero prior hotel experience required – we provide full training
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office suite)
