Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, concierge, or housekeeping stations
- Process check-ins/checkouts efficiently using hotel management systems
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain pristine facility standards through detailed cleaning and organization
- Upsell hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experiences
- Adhere to all safety, health, and brand compliance protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn new systems
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
