Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences across front desk, housekeeping, and food service areas
- Perform daily room inspections and maintain pristine guest accommodations
- Process guest check-ins/check-outs using hotel management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak service periods
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards across all departments
- Assist with event setup and banquet service coordination
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary – we provide full paid training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
