Responsibilities
- Manage overnight and weekend shift operations including staff scheduling and performance monitoring
- Ensure seamless check-in/check-out processes and resolve guest inquiries with professionalism
- Supervise housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain property standards
- Coordinate emergency protocols and security procedures during non-business hours
- Conduct shift briefings and maintain detailed operational logs
- Train new staff on hotel policies and service excellence standards
- Collaborate with day-shift managers for operational continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel or hospitality supervisory experience
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays without exception
- Strong conflict resolution and guest service skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid Louisiana driver's license (for property inspections)
- Flexible scheduling availability (including holidays)
