Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across all touchpoints including check-in/out, concierge, and issue resolution
- Manage reservations efficiently while optimizing room occupancy and revenue
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures as required
- Train and mentor new team members on service standards
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel or luxury hospitality experience preferred
- Proven customer service excellence with attention to detail
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Oklahoma hospitality certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
