Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in, check-out, and during all interactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, lobby, and common areas
- Assist with housekeeping duties including room preparation and restocking supplies
- Operate hotel systems including reservation software and point-of-sale terminals
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams
- Follow all safety protocols and hotel operating procedures
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires
