Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through warm service and attention to detail
- Maintain clean and organized public areas, guest rooms, and back-of-house spaces
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and manage guest requests
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and brand standards
- Support event setup and guest functions as needed
- Actively participate in ongoing training programs
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train from the ground up!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
- Valid Georgia driver's license (if driving company vehicles)
