Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through warm greetings and personalized assistance
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation inquiries

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas
- Assist with basic housekeeping tasks when needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless hotel operations
- Learn and utilize our property management system

Qualifications
