Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at front desk, concierge, and vaugh positions
- Perform daily room cleaning and maintenance to brand standards
- Assist with event setup and banquet service for hotel functions
- Operate reservation systems and manage guest check-in/check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in public areas
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide comprehensive training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
