Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during overnight check-ins/check-outs
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to guest emergencies
- Handle reservation inquiries and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of public areas
- Process cash transactions and manage night audit procedures
- Coordinate with day shift staff for seamless operations
- Complete incident reports and daily log documentation
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Valid Maryland driver's license (if required for errands)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
