Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day financial reconciliations including daily audits and report generation
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for late-night guests with efficiency and warmth
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly during overnight hours
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for operational readiness
- Process payment transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare daily summary reports for management review
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night audit experience required
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera/Micros preferred)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Basic knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures
