Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and dining operations
- Process reservations, check-ins/check-outs using hotel management systems
- Maintain immaculate guest rooms and common areas following brand standards
- Assist with event setup and guest inquiries during conferences and weddings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance hospitality skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with learning new systems

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
