Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, concierge, and housekeeping stations
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently while maintaining accurate records
- Assist with guest inquiries, requests, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility
- Participate in inventory management and supply replenishment
- Support event setup and special guest arrangements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic customer service experience preferred
