Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in, check-out, and throughout the guest stay
- Manage reservations and room assignments efficiently using hotel software systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures accurately
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in all public areas
- Assist with event setup and special guest requests as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
