Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service by checking guests in and out efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling reservations with precision.
- Assist in housekeeping coordination to ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet our high cleanliness standards.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure 100% guest satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with the culinary and maintenance teams to maintain seamless hotel operations.
- Enforce hotel safety and security protocols to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.
- Assist with special events and banquets as needed, providing top-tier service during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory for the right attitude.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs) when necessary.
- A valid Driver’s License and clean driving record are required.
