Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service across front desk, concierge, and housekeeping rotations
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures and handle guest inquiries with professionalism
- Assist with room preparation and maintain high cleanliness standards
- Operate hotel systems including reservation software and point-of-sale terminals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours and events
- Uphold safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on rotating shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
