Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and engineering departments
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue and occupancy targets
- Drive guest satisfaction through service excellence and personalized experiences
- Manage departmental budgets and financial performance reporting
- Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance management initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and brand standards
- Coordinate with sales team on group bookings and corporate partnerships
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience in luxury/premium properties
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue and guest satisfaction goals
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Illinois Food Service Manager certification preferred
