Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and common spaces.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Handle luggage and provide directions or information about local attractions.
- Support housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed during your shift.
- Adhere to all hotel safety and security protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not strictly required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Must be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
